We focus on creating an environment, where kids can learn life-changing martial arts skills, create lifelong friendships, discipline, and confidence that will help them overcome the many challenges life presents.
BEGINNER
Our goal with the beginner class is to teach our students the basic concepts, techniques and movements of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a safe environment.
ADVANCED
After completing the fundamentals curriculum, students can continue their growth and development by entering the advanced jiu-jitsu classes.
SELF DEFENSE FOR WOMEN
No one should ever feel intimidated or threatened. We focus on helping women build their confidence in a safe environment.

This program is focused on developing agility, flexibility, and coordination in our youngest students. Fun games and interactive drills that teach basic jiu-jitsu movements and beginner techniques are included in our curriculum. Instructors also promote and reinforce strong core values through simple and easy-to-follow methods. It ensures a strong foundation and a better understanding of our art while keeping it enjoyable and interesting for the kids.

BEGINNER PROGRAM
Our goal with the beginner class is to teach our students the basic concepts, techniques, and movements of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a safe environment.
Our beginner program starts by focusing on gains in strength, flexibility, fitness, and self-defense skills. However, it doesn’t stop there, by remaining truthful to the lessons learned in classes and applying them off the mats, TMC students experience an overall improvement in their focus, energy, and general well-being.
The Beginner Program consists of 18 weeks of basic techniques and skills. The breadth of techniques helps students feel confident in all the basic jiu-jitsu positions. These techniques have been selected, approved, and taught in TMC BJJ.

- Increasing self-confidence
- Completing all 18 weeks rotating through all basic positions.
CURRICULUM
Our curriculum includes:

- Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals
- 18 week repeating program outlining basic techniques, movements, and positions
- Cardiovascular, strength based movements, and drills
ADVANCED PROGRAM
After completing the Beginner Curriculum, students can continue their growth and development by entering the advanced jiu-jitsu classes.
Our Intermediate and Advanced programs expand on the limitless possibilities from each position.
His experience teaching and competing at such a high level helps him understand the needs of students every step of the jiu-jitsu journey. These classes are tailored to all students’ specific needs.

SELF DEFENSE

PROGRAM

Our women’s self defense class is geared toward women and girls looking to protect themselves should the need ever arise. Practicing staying calm in stressful situations, and executing a set of basic moves provides that confidence that so many of us seek in this ever evolving world. Learn how to evade and immobilize, not just stand and fight. Learn leverage and angles where your larger attacker will not have strength advantages.

- Learn how to stay calm in a stressful situation.
CURRICULUM
Our curriculum includes:

- Beginning self defense techniques.
- 8 weeks, 24 techniques, all women’s self defense specific
- basic movements that will work in hectic situations
- drill movements with limited resistance then increase until proficiency
